Europe: Standard shipping is €8.99. Orders over €50 qualify for FREE shipping throughout Europe.

If you're not available, our courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to:

• Pick up your package from a local collection point
• Authorize delivery to a neighbor or safe place

Packages are typically held for 7-10 days before being returned to us.

Once shipped, the address cannot be changed through us. You'll need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Lost Package: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier and send a replacement if needed.

Damaged Package: Please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.
